Letter to Gov. Cooper Asking for Clarification on Protesting

Senators Danny Earl Britt, JR. (R-Robeson) and Warren Daniel (R-Burke) sent Gov. Cooper a letter asking him to clarify if the state’s “stay-at-home” order prohibits protesting.
