Today’s Impartial Anita Tweet of the Day: “GOP good for women? Please.”

Raleigh, N.C. — Supreme Court Justice Anita Earls won her 2018 election with a $250,000 boost from Eric Holder’s National Democratic Redistricting Committee (see picture below).

Now she’s hearing a case brought before her by that same organization. But that’s not the only example of Justice Earls’s bias against Republicans.

We’ll be sending out regular screenshots of Justice Earls’s past public statements to showcase just how biased she is.

Here is Impartial Anita’s Tweet of the Day: “GOP good for women? Please.”

Justice Earls’s conflicts are obvious and egregious. Imagine the outcry if, say, an oil company gave six figures to elect a judge and then brought a suit to overturn environmental regulations before that same judge.

Yet the so-called “good government” groups are silent. That should tell you all you need to know about their “principles.”

Sen. Amy Galey (R-Alamance) said, “Justice Earls in good conscience should follow the example of brilliant civil rights icon Supreme Court Justice Thurgood Marshall, who recused himself from many cases after having served as President Lyndon Johnson’s Solicitor General. The underpinning of our courts system is the belief that judges will be impartial and unbiased. Justice Earls’ statement clearly demonstrates her contempt for the Republican Party.”
