SCSJ, 2 pm: It’s unbelievable there’s no announcement of redistricting public hearings yet!

SCSJ, 5 pm: Can you believe they announced redistricting public hearings TODAY? They should’ve waited until after the long weekend!

Bottom line: SCSJ will find fault with everything because they’re going to a file lawsuit five minutes after new maps are drawn.

Raleigh, N.C. — Early yesterday afternoon, the left-wing litigation outfit Southern Coalition for Social Justice (SCSJ) attacked the legislature for not yet announcing a redistricting public hearing schedule.

By late afternoon, SCSJ was attacking the legislature because it announced a redistricting public hearing schedule.

2:00 p.m.: SCSJ complains there’s not yet a public hearing schedule announced.

5:00 p.m.: SCSJ’s communications director complains the legislature announced a public hearing schedule.

Bottom line: These are not serious people. Their only goal is to always attack the Republican-led legislature, even if they contradict themselves, because they plan to file a lawsuit minutes after the redistricting process ends.
